Quick Rundown:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance, Admin & Customer Service Assistant to support day-to-day finance, administrative, and customer service operations. The role requires basic finance experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle invoicing, reporting, and customer queries in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Process invoicing and reconciliation using QuickBooks and Sage Online
- Track payments, expenditures, and assist in debt collection follow-ups
- Provide customer service support by handling inbound calls and inquiries, and relaying messages appropriately
- Assist drivers, customers, and internal teams with day-to-day operational concerns
- Generate reports including financial summaries, call logs, and basic operational reports
- Provide executive assistant and general administrative support to management
- Organize scanned documents, files, and compliance records
- Process orders using internal or web-based systems (e.g., RJLAsap)
- Close jobs using the in-house system and request purchase orders (POs) when required
- Maintain accurate records across finance, operations, and customer interactions
What We’re Looking For:
- Basic understanding of invoicing, reconciliation, and accounts receivable
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in QuickBooks or Sage Online is preferred
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
