Role Description- Conduct one-on-one English lessons through the 51Talk platform
- Deliver engaging and structured lessons using provided teaching materials
- Maintain a professional and conducive online teaching environment
- Follow lesson guidelines and conduct scheduled classes on time
- Create positive learning experiences for students from around the world
- Passion for English teaching
- Fluent English speaker with clear and natural communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- ESL or classroom teaching experience is preferred
- TESOL, TEFL, or other teaching certifications are an advantage
- Desktop or laptop with Windows 10 or later, Intel Core i5 (8th Gen+) or AMD Ryzen 5+, 8GB RAM, and 100GB available storage
- HD webcam (720p or higher)
- Noise-cancelling headset with an extended microphone
- Stable broadband or wired internet connection with at least 25 Mbps (Pocket Wi-Fi and mobile hotspots are not accepted)
- Quiet, distraction-free teaching space with a plain white background and adequate front-facing lighting
- Weekdays: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Weekends: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Extended teaching hours are available until 6:00 AM for night schedules.
