Job Summary
The Project Manager will oversee assigned construction/fit-out projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
Job Description- Project Planning & Coordination
- Develop project plans, schedules, and timelines
- Coordinate with subcontractors, trades, and stakeholders
- Ensure availability of manpower, materials, and resources
- Project Execution & Monitoring
- Supervise Project In-Charges and site activities
- Provide guidance on construction methods and procedures
- Monitor progress and ensure alignment with project plans
- Client Communication
- Serve as primary point of contact for project updates
- Address issues and secure client approvals as needed
- Quality Control & Problem Solving
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and client requirements
- Resolve site issues and conduct final inspections and handover
- Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain project documentation and progress reports
- Present updates to management
- Technical & Leadership Skills
- Knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and safety standards
- Strong leadership in managing teams, budgets, and timelines
- Ability to resolve conflicts and support team performance
- Licensed Architect, Civil Engineer, or related field preferred
- 3–5 years project management experience (preferably fit-out projects)
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, AutoCAD/SketchUp
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- With strong integrity and leadership qualities
