JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintains current certifications/licensure as required by the position.

Monitors staff profile and ensures compliance with licensing/credentialing and certification requirements.

Designs and updates clinical education programs in alignment with current nursing practices and institutional policies.

Implements and creates nursing programs, lesson plans, and course materials

Mentors and coaches nurses during clinical practice, focusing on patient-care techniques

Orients new staff nurses on clinical policies and workflows essential to patient care and routines.

Assesses staff on their clinical skills performance and offers feedback to improve clinical competency.

Delivers lectures, workshops, and seminars on various nursing topics, utilizing diverse teaching methods.

Acts as a resource speaker and facilitator in the conduct of the onboarding program.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor of Science in Nursing; has completed at least nine (9) units of Post Graduate Course (MAN/MSN) .
Registered Nurse with at least 1-2 years of clinical experience.
Preferably with certification in IV therapy revalidation, Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
Knowledge of New Teaching Strategies and Methods of Learning.
