Job Title: Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk

  • Location: One Felicity Center, Commonwealth, Quezon City
  • Employment Type: Full-time

  • Key Responsibilities
 A.  Receiving and Distributing AP Documents
  • Track all incoming AP documents daily and monitor their status until payment is completed.
  • Sort and distribute documents to the appropriate AP personnel based on vendor assignments.
  • Coordinate with the receptionist for document transmittals and update trackers accordingly.
 B.  Data Entry
  • Accurately input invoice and payment data into spreadsheets, databases, or accounting systems.
  • Update records as needed when revised or additional documentation is received.
 C.  Document Handling
  • Operate office equipment to photocopy, print, and scan AP-related documents.
  • Upload validated invoice packages into the ReadSoft system.
 D.  Document Management
  • Organize and file both physical and digital AP documents (invoices, receipts, POs, etc.).
  • Ensure proper indexing and labeling for easy retrieval during audits or reviews.
 E.  General Clerical Support
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the AP Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Open to fresh graduates. Preferably a College Graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business-related courses
  • Relevant experience in clerical work is preferred.
  • Knowledge of BPO industry operations, PEZA, or BOI-related experience is a plus.
  • Must possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
