Job Summary

The Head Cook is responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring consistent food quality, efficient workflow, and strict compliance with food safety standards. This role leads the kitchen team in preparing sizzling and roasted dishes, coordinates cooking processes during service, and ensures that all menu items are delivered according to restaurant standards and timing.

Qualifications/Requirements
  • High school diploma/ Senior High graduate or vocational culinary training preferred.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a cook.
  • With at least 1 year in a supervisory role is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety standards.
  • Experience in managing kitchen staff and inventory.

-Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume restaurant environment.
