Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping
  • Manage daily bookkeeping in Xero (or similar)
  • Create and track invoices, reconcile payments
  • Support BAS, payroll, and expense reporting
Operations Support
  • Assist with contractor onboarding and timesheets
  • Maintain internal tools and CRM
  • Help with proposal, contract, and compliance documentation
Admin Support
  • Schedule meetings and follow up on action items
  • Keep files, templates, and records organised
  • Be a point of contact for internal process queries
What You’ll Need
  • 3+ years in bookkeeping, payroll in the Australian
  • Experience using Xero and Zoho CRM is required
  • Great attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and coordination ability
  • Bonus: Familiarity with tools like JobAdder, Docusign, or Monday.com
