Job Description:
Work From Office - This is a Work-from-office setup based in Mabalacat
A fast-growing telecommunications company, based in Sydney, providing an exciting opportunity for a Technical Support Specialist. We have a professional, relaxed environment with ongoing training and support. Your primary role will be to provide support to our users all around Australia while liaising with the Technical Support Team and working towards Key Performance Indicators to ensure technical issues are resolved effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and troubleshooting for NBN Internet, VOIP, and IPTV issues via Phone, Email, Live Chat
- Monitor outstanding tickets and keep stakeholders informed of progress
- Troubleshoot hardware and application problems at the initial point of contact from the customer
- Taking responsibility for actions required to deliver solutions to the customer in a timely manner
- Ensure our existing & new customer base are supported with quality service
- Liaising with Network Carriers and Service Suppliers
Qualification and requirements:
- Proven ability to manage, prioritize and take ownership from start to finish of your work.
- Good analytical skills
- Understanding of Networking
- Helpdesk/technical troubleshooting experience preferably within the telecommunications industry
- Proven Communication Skills
- A team player with a collaborative mindset and ‘can-do’ attitude
- Strong time management and organizational skills
