About the role
B Hotel Quezon City is a leading provider of hospitality services, is seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Restaurant Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant, while fostering a welcoming and customer-centric environment for our guests.
What you'll be doing- Overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, task assignments, and performance monitoring
- Providing exceptional customer service by anticipating and addressing the needs of our guests
- Leading and training the restaurant staff to enhance their skills and deliver consistently high-quality service
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders to maintain an adequate stock of supplies and ingredients
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery
- Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and resolution-oriented manner
- Assisting with the implementation of marketing initiatives and promotional activities
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Team Leader or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in inventory management and cost control
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the restaurant industry
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
