Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

This role is open to both experienced professionals and fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in the BPO industry.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account inquiries.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
• Meet quality, productivity, and performance metrics.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

• With atleast 2 years BPO experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Pampanga.
• Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.

• Customer service or call center experience is an advantage but not required.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
