Machine Operator

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our Production Team. The role is responsible for operating, maintaining, and cleaning production equipment while ensuring compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with the Production Supervisor for timely processing of batched or prepared materials
- Set up and operate production equipment such as High-Speed Mixer, Zeta Mixer, Ribbon Blender, Steam Jacketed Kettle, and similar machines
- Ensure accuracy of measurements and quantities while maintaining product quality standards
- Record and document production data in compliance with SOP, cGMP, and SSOP requirements
- Identify and report machine issues or malfunctions for immediate repair
- Assist in preventive maintenance of assigned equipment as needed
- Recommend improvements in machine operations and work processes
- Comply with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in Health, Safety, and Environmental programs
- Prepare and submit daily production and sanitation reports, including:
- Dumping & Mixing Checklist
- Cleaning & Sanitation Checklist
- Line Clearance Checklist
- GMP Monitoring Checklist
- Downtime Report
- At least High School Graduate or Vocational Graduate (TESDA certification is an advantage)
- Experience in machine operation within a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
- Knowledge of SOP, cGMP, and SSOP is an advantage
- Fit and able to work in a production environment
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Willing to work on shifting schedules and overtime if required
