IT Support Specialist (L1–L2) – Onsite in mandaue

MySource Solutions is looking for a highly capable and professional IT Support Specialist (L1–L2) to support our day-to-day IT operations, users, systems, and network infrastructure.

We are looking for someone with strong technical aptitude, excellent troubleshooting skills, professionalism, accountability, and a positive work ethic. Technical skills are important, but attitude, integrity, reliability, and teamwork matter just as much.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 1 to Level 2 IT support for onsite users
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, network, VPN, and Microsoft 365 issues
  • Support Windows PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
  • Assist with basic network and firewall troubleshooting
  • Maintain accurate documentation, ticket updates, and IT inventory
  • Follow IT security policies, standards, and operational procedures
  • Escalate issues properly when necessary
Requirements
  • Experience in IT Helpdesk, Technical Support, or Desktop Support
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Windows OS
  • Microsoft 365
  • Basic networking (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • Hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, routers/firewalls, and ticketing systems is a plus
  • Experience with MikroTik, TP-Link, or PowerShell is an advantage
  • Willing to work onsite
  • Willing to work graveyard shifts
  • Willing to work rotating schedules and split rest days when required
