Education BS Legal Management, AB Paralegal Studies, Law, Political Science or other allied courses
Training 8 hours of training relevant to legal work, such as legal ethics, legal research and writing, or legal procedure
Experience 1 year experience in legal work such as preparation of pleadings, legal
opinions and memoranda or legal research

Functional Competencies
F22. Legal Advice and Services (Intermediate)
Performs research works on various legislative bills and proposals that may affect National Museum's programs and projects.
Assists in the investigation of administrative cases upon instruction from superior.
Organizes and monitors the records or files of all administrative cases being handled by the Legal Section.
Provides basic review of Legal documents for review by the Legal Section.
F34. Technical Writing (Intermediate)
Assists in the drafting of agreements, contracts, legal forms and other related documents and recommend its approval.
Makes and monitors transcriptions of all recorded hearings conducted by the Legal Section.
Others:
- Provides supporting functions connected to Science and Technology programs, projects, and activities of the agency, such as Data Collection and Records Management; Financial Management; Conservation; Collection Management; Facility Management; Human Resource Management; General Services Management; and Museum Services Management.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the supervisor.
