Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst (AU Dayshift | Hybrid)

We’re looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join a growing international team, where you’ll play a key role in driving business performance through insights, forecasting, and strategic support.

What You’ll Do- Deliver monthly financial reports, including variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast)
- Build and maintain budgets and rolling forecasts
- Partner with department heads to provide financial insights and recommendations
- Support business decisions through financial modelling and scenario analysis
- Prepare management reports and board presentations
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or commercial finance
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Confident in stakeholder engagement / business partnering
- Advanced Excel skills (financial modelling, data analysis)
- Experience with ERP systems; exposure to Anaplan is a plus.
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning (highly preferred)
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP
- Exposure to Power BI for reporting and dashboards (plus)
