Customer Support Associate
  • NIGHT SCHEDULE| Fulltime | ILOILO (Onsite Setup)

What you'll be working on:

  • Contribute to the creation and ongoing maintenance of knowledge base articles, how-to guides, and workflow documentation to help dental practice staff get the most out of the platform.
  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain positive, professional communication across phone, email, chat, and other customer channels.
  • Manage open customer requests and follow through to resolution while keeping records organized and up to date.
  • Ensure timely responses, accurate documentation, and a customer-first approach in all interactions.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 5 years of customer service experience.
  • Experience using Kanban tools or similar tools such as Trello or Jira.
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with confidence in handling phone and email interactions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and other productivity tools.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing tasks independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
