Contract Lifecycle Management
- Draft, review, and manage contracts throughout their lifecycle—from initiation and negotiation to renewal and closure.
- Monitor contract expiration dates, deliverables, and renewal windows for proactive management.
- Support sourcing and contracting of third-party manpower (e.g., developers, testers, consultants) under strategic programs.
- Coordinate renewal and compliance documentation for tools and licenses critical to VMO projects and Agile delivery (e.g., Jira, Confluence, AI tools).
- Oversee contracts for Managed Services including service-level agreements (SLAs), performance metrics, and penalty clauses.
- Work closely with Legal, Procurement, Finance, HR, and Vendor Management teams to ensure alignment of contractual obligations with organizational policies.
- Serve as a key liaison between internal requestors and third-party vendors to resolve contractual issues.
- Maintain a central repository of contracts and ensure documentation is up-to-date and audit-ready.
- Generate periodic reports on contract status, risks, obligations, and financial exposure.
