Position Title: Account Manager

Job Summary:

Drives and manages the relationship with the business and ITG. Oversees the end-to-end delivery of IT business needs from project initiation to implementation
Works with the business units and provides significant inputs to the definition and maintenance of the client’s overall IT strategy covering projects and business-as-usual (BAU) system enhancement requests
Collaborates with other ITG divisions to enable translation of Business Unit’s Overall IT strategy to workable projects within the committed timeline

Role Exposure:

Develop strong interpersonal and customer service skills by building long-term and strategic partnerships with the business units and technical teams.
Improve your communication and creative thinking skills thru interaction with the different business units/departments to be able to come up with the level of detail required for the ideation walkthrough activities as well as project approvals.
Enhance your analytical and problem-solving skills by assessing and resolving technical issues.

Qualifications:

With at least 5 years of experience in Technical Account & Project Management
Strong stakeholder management; ability to match client's business requirements with product or system capabilities
Good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
