Job Description

We’re hiring passionate and customer-focused Customer Support Experts to deliver outstanding service for our U.S. automotive accounts. Whether you’re supporting service appointments or vehicle inquiries, your ability to build rapport, show empathy, and provide customer-centered care will define your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and warmth
  • Provide timely, accurate, and compassionate assistance to customers
  • Build trust and rapport while resolving concerns and answering inquiries
  • Coordinate with dealership teams to schedule appointments, follow up on service needs, and document customer interactions
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in BPO, Business Development Center (BDC), or automotive customer service
  • A customer-first mindset with a strong ability to build rapport over the phone
  • Excellent English communication skills with a neutral or American accent
  • Willing to work onsite in Alabang on a night shift
