- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Chinese Proficiency Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
