Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of all plant equipment and machineries to support continuous production. Provides efficient engineering and facility solutions through planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs, recommending cost-effective improvements, and coordinating engineering-related activities.

Duties & Responsibilities

Machinery & Equipment Maintenance
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for all production equipment including compressors, cooling towers, injection machines, ISBM machines, motors, pumps, pneumatic systems, and instrumentation.
Ensure minimal downtime through timely troubleshooting and repair.
Calibration Programs
Plan, schedule, and execute calibration programs for production equipment and instruments.
Maintain calibration records and coordinate with accredited laboratories for compliance and accuracy.
Cost Optimization & Engineering Solutions
Develop strategic, cost-effective plans for machinery optimization and energy efficiency.
Design and implement improvements or installation of new manufacturing equipment.
Breakdown Analysis & Continuous Improvement
Evaluate breakdown problems, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Establish efficient maintenance procedures and methods to prevent r

Qualifications

Must be a Registered Mechanical Engineer.
Preferably with work experience in manufacturing maintenance; newly licensed engineers will be considered.
Knowledgeable in machine shop practices such as welding, fabrication, and industrial motor controls.
Familiarity with maintenance of compressors, cooling towers, injection machines, and ISBM machines is an advantage
