Company nurse (cebu)

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the overall concerns related to medical and health services provided by the company among the employees while performing work inside the company. And carry out other administrative tasks as part of the HR Roles.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered Nurse
• With at least 16-hours Basic First Aid Training
• Occupational Health & Safety Knowledge
• Administers first aid measures to employees in accordance with the prescribed nursing standards
• Conducts minor physical check-up and dispenses available prescribed medicines to sick employees according to medical and nursing ethics
• Prepares recommendations for the health status of personnel in coordination with the immediate superior
• Assists employees subject for medical evaluation as the need arises
• Assists during the investigation of accidents and prepares reports for government and private entities
• Assists with the development, review and implementation of health and safety related policies and procedures and safety plan
• Performs other tasks as deemed necessary
