Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will lead growth initiatives, focusing on building strategic partnerships, driving revenue generation, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, deep Industry knowledge, and a track record of meeting ambitious sales goals in a competitive environment.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Works with Marketing to identify and develop sales leads;
• Nurtures leads into qualified opportunities;
• Takes charge of pre-sales efforts, including the creation of a value proposition, the preparation of the proposal and the negotiation process;
• Takes charge of closing and finalizing commercial documentation;
• Acts as a solutions consultant whenever possible;
• Develops a strong relationship with our Customers;
• Monitors and assists the Delivery Team during the engagement period;
• Reports status of pipelines and funnels on a periodic basis;
• Responsible for the revenue and business growth of the verticals being covered;
• Responsible for acquiring new customers and growing them;
• Provides management with customer feedback ad market intelligence;

Experience in the IT software and hardware industry, handling and growing accounts across different sectors including Healthcare, Logistics, Education, and the public sector.
