Accounting clerk (accounts receivable)

About the role

DN Steel Marketing Inc. - Pampanga Branch is seeking a full-time Accounting Clerk (Accounts Receivable) to join our team in San Fernando, Pampanga. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process and ensuring the accurate and timely collection of payments.

• Prepare and send invoices to customers in a timely manner
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments
• Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records
• Process customer payments and update financial records accordingly
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to address any billing or collection issues
• Provide excellent customer service to our clients

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or other related business courses
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with accounts receivable processes and procedures
