Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Head of Enterprise Business Enablement (EBE). This role goes beyond traditional administrative support and acts as a key execution partner, ensuring smooth coordination, timely delivery of priorities, and effective implementation of strategic initiatives across the group.

The EA will play a critical role in managing operations, tracking deliverables, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting project execution to improve overall business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive and operational support to the Head of EBE
  • Manage calendars, meetings, priorities, and follow-ups
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials, and executive summaries
  • Track action items, deadlines, and project deliverables
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of initiatives
  • Support cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Monitor KPIs, milestones, and departmental action plans
  • Assist in budget, headcount, and initiative tracking
  • Ensure proper documentation, records, and reporting
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling executive matters
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in executive support, operations, or project coordination
  • Experience supporting senior management in a corporate environment is required
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
