Position Overview
We are seeking an AI & Automation Engineer to lead the company’s next phase of operational modernization, AI adoption, workflow automation, and intelligent service delivery initiatives. This role will own the development, implementation, management, and continuous evolution of AI and automation initiatives across the organization.The position will initially focus heavily on platforms such as Kaseya Cooper AI, Pia.ai, PSA/RMM automations, Rewst, service desk workflow optimization, documentation automation, and operational efficiencies within the MSP environment. Over time, this role will evolve into a strategic leadership position responsible for helping the company stay ahead of emerging AI technologies, operational automation trends, and next-generation MSP service delivery models.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the company's AI and automation roadmap
- Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies and platforms
- Develop operational efficiencies using AI-driven workflows
- Build and maintain automations within the Kaseya ecosystem, Kaseya Cooper AI, Pia.ai, PSA/RMM workflows, and Microsoft 365
- Improve ticket routing, auto-remediation, documentation workflows, onboarding processes, and service delivery automation
- Analyze operational inefficiencies and create automation solutions
- Reduce manual workload and repetitive tasks
- Develop internal AI governance and operational best practices
- Research emerging AI tools, LLMs, copilots, and automation frameworks
- Assist with API integrations and workflow orchestration
- 3+ years of automation engineering, systems engineering, DevOps, MSP operations, or AI workflow experience
- Strong understanding of MSP operational environments
- Experience with scripting and automation platforms
- Familiarity with PowerShell, Python, APIs, webhooks, workflow orchestration, RMM/PSA platforms, and Microsoft 365
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Kaseya, Datto RMM, Autotask, Rewst, Pia.ai, MSPbots, or similar MSP automation platforms preferred
- Reduction in manual labor and repetitive tasks
