Reporting Analyst | Fund Accounting OR Investment Reporting | Night Shift

We are looking for a detail-oriented Reporting Operations Analyst to support fund accounting and investment reporting operations in a dynamic financial services environment.
- Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and update recurring investment performance, investor, and regulatory reports
- Refresh and validate reporting data from approved systems and sources
- Perform first-level quality checks to ensure reporting accuracy and completeness
- Apply business rules, mappings, and classifications for reporting purposes
- Compare reports against administrator files and system outputs
- Investigate and document reporting discrepancies and escalate when necessary
- Run scheduled report refreshes, dashboards, and operational jobs
- Monitor for processing failures and support issue resolution
- Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and reporting documentation
- Coordinate with fund administrators and internal support teams
- Provide updates on assigned reporting deliverables and timelines
- Handle inbound requests and escalate complex issues appropriately
- 2–4 years of experience in fund administration, fund accounting operations, or investment reporting support
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups, reconciliations, large datasets)
- Basic accounting knowledge (P&L, Balance Sheet, debits/credits)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with investor or regulatory reporting
- Exposure to SQL, VBA, or reporting/data tools
- Experience with Advent Geneva or similar investment accounting systems
- Familiarity with Databricks, Sigma, Tableau, or BI tools
