Job Summary:

Data Analyst Non-Voice Support

The Data Analyst Non-Voice Support is responsible for handling email inquiries from users, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues related to cashback discrepancies and missing rewards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and effectively to user inquiries via email, providing clear and accurate information.
• Review systems and consumer accounts to identify and resolve cashback discrepancies and missing rewards.
• Investigate and troubleshoot consumer issues, ensuring appropriate and timely resolutions.
• Manage case workflows, including investigation, troubleshooting, and user education, for seamless issue resolution.
• Break down workflows into smaller, more efficient tasks to enhance service delivery and meet consumer needs.
• Advocate for users by understanding their concerns and ensuring a smooth, hassle-free experience.

Qualifications:

• No BPO experience required.
• Must be at least a high school graduate.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
