LOCATIONS AVAILABLE:
- Will be handling the Southern Luzon (Laguna, Cavite, Quezon, Batangas, Palawan), should be base within the Laguna, Batangas, or lower area of Cavite.

- Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Objectives:
- Track KPIs for Distributor Specialists.
- Analyze and improve sales performance.
- Manage profitability and collaborate on budgeting.
Execution:
- Implement brand and Trade Marketing strategies.
- Execute business and sales plans for distributors.
Network Optimization:
- Understand customer operations and optimize the distributor network.
Sales Strategy:
- Work on effective sales strategies with RSM.
- Analyze market trends for growth opportunities.
Team Leadership:
- Provide guidance and foster a high-performance team culture.
- Conduct fieldwork for performance improvement.
- Develop DS team skills through training and support.
Collaboration:
- Lead coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate for seamless execution of sales strategies.
Reporting:
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market dynamics.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track KPIs for the area and individual DS.
- Lead Business Review sessions with internal and external teams.
Customer Management:
- Build strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
- Address customer queries promptly for high satisfaction.
Budget Accountability:
- Collaborate on area budgeting and resource allocation.
- Hold accountability for assigned budgets and funds.
Continuous Growth:
- Strive for continuous learning and self-improvement.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree graduate in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven work experience as Distributor Specialist on FMCG
- An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
- Solid customer service attitude
- Experience in ISO Certified Company
- Availability to travel as needed.
