Due to significant business growth, we are seeking a motivated Loan Processor & Credit Analyst to join our high-performing Philippines-based team of 20.

The Role:
- Process loan applications supplied by Michael Xia, the mortgage broker
- Workshop the loan scenario, including product research, serviceability, and document verification
- Work closely with admin support members on the preparation of loan applications
- Manage the loan application from preparation and packaging and assessment
- Liaise with bank assessors, BDMs, legal professionals and clients

The Candidate:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of loan processing experience (as a AU bank loan assessor or broker-side loan processor)
- Must possess strong attention to detail and be highly organised.
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload and work well in a busy high-pressure environment
- An understanding of lending practices, and loan structures and familiarity with lenders and processes
- Ability to think proactively and problem solve
- Ability to interpret a set of financial statements, tax returns, and Business Group Structure
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
