Customer Service Representative (Local Account - With experience in Bank card)

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will handle customer inquiries, assist clients with loan and bank card concerns, and provide excellent customer support through phone, email, or chat. The role involves addressing account-related concerns, processing requests, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience while following company policies and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries related to loans, bank cards, payments, and account services.
• Assist clients with application status, billing concerns, transactions, and account verification.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy, and financial regulations.
• Provide professional and timely support to customers through different communication channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams for concern resolution and service improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or at least College Level.
• With experience in customer service, preferably in a lending company, banking, or financial account.
• Experience handling bank card accounts or card-related concerns is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and shifting schedules if needed.
• Knowledge of financial products and customer handling is preferred.

Salary: 17,000 - 18,000
