As a Recruitment Manager, you will set the path to success by creating procedures for recruiting that will result in hiring quality talent. You are also expected to:
Key Responsibilities- Ensure hiring procedures are in compliance with our company and Government policies
- Analyze reports on employment statistics including but not limited to; cost per hire, source of hire and diversity of recruiting initiatives
- Manage recruitment budget
- Plans and evaluates the sourcing methods used to recruit quality candidates
- Responsible for selecting, training, developing, and managing performance of direct reports
- Negotiates service contracts with third party vendors for temporary staffing, reference checking, and pre-employment drug testing
- Ensures a positive new hire on-boarding experience by constantly seeking ways to improve the curriculum, content, methodology, delivery, and process
- Respond to and support organizational challenges
Our most successful candidates will have:
- Minimum of two years in the same level, experience in a BPO setting is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive and professional manner
- Reliability in following through with commitments and responsibilities
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings and initiatives
- Proficiency to work in MS Office
