Customer Service for Pest Control Account

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cebu Central Visayas. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients of our Pest Control account.

• Answering and responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Providing accurate information about Pest Control services and policies
• Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes
• Collaborating with the wider customer service team to ensure a seamless experience for all customers

• At least a senior high school graduate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
