Application Developer
Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Workday Core HCM. Your typical day will involve developing and implementing solutions to enhance user experience and streamline business processes. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Develop and customize applications using Workday Core HCM.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Implement and test application functionalities.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for application development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Workday Core HCM
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies.
- Experience in integrating and configuring applications.
- Knowledge of data migration and system integration.
- Experience in developing user interfaces and enhancing customer experience.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
