Technical Support Representative- Maintain, manage and repair IT system
- Resolving network issues
- Installing and configuring hardware and software
- Identifies and escalate priority issues
- Routes calls to appropriate resource
- Follows up customer calls where necessary
- Documents all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Additional responsibilities as assigned or requested
- Reports directly to your Team Lead/Supervisor/Assigned POC
Qualifications/Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- BS in Information Technology or BS in Electrical Engineering graduate
- Must have one year of experience as Technical Support Representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Committed and passionate to learn
