Graphic Designer (Print & Digital | Branding & Marketing)

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce high-quality visual materials for both print and digital platforms.

The role is responsible for ensuring all designs are aligned with the company’s branding, visual identity, and communication standards, while supporting marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, and corporate communications.

1. Graphic Design & Creative Production

• Create engaging marketing materials for print and digital use, including:
• Posters, flyers, brochures, and banners
• Social media graphics, digital ads, and online content
• Product labels, packaging, and tags
• Training materials, presentations, and manuals
• Ensure all outputs follow brand guidelines (colors, fonts, layout, and visual identity)
• Prepare print-ready artwork with correct sizing, layout, and specifications

1. Branding & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to understand project requirements and campaign goals
• Maintain and strengthen brand consistency across all visual materials
• Support branding initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns
• Revise and enhance designs based on feedback

1. Digital Asset Management

• Organize and manage design files and digital assets
• Maintain proper file naming, version control, and accessibility
• Update existing materials (e.g., pricing, product details, branding updates)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
• Strong portfolio is required (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply)

• At least 1–3 years of experience in Graphic Design or similar role
• Experience in print and digital design is required
• Background in marketing, branding, or corporate environment is an advantage

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Familiarity with Canva and other digital design tools
• Strong skills in layout, typography, and color theory
• High attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
