As a Infrastructure Solutions Architect, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering end-to-end solution designs that align with business needs and technology standards. You will work closely with stakeholders and project delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable, cost-effective, and supportable solutions.This role offers the opportunity to deliver architecture documentation, effort and cost estimates, and act as a bridge between Architecture and Operations, ensuring that designs not only meet current requirements but also anticipate scalability, support, and future-state needs.
This position follows a hybrid working model (2 days WIO, 3 days WFH) based at our BGC, Taguig office, with standard working hours from 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (PH time) to align with Australian business hours, and requires full-time onsite presence for the first two weeks for training before transitioning to the hybrid setup.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Design and deliver solution architectures, cost/resource estimates, and documentation to support project delivery
- Bridge Architecture and Operations, ensuring solutions balance cost, scalability, supportability, and future needs
- Translate business requirements into secure, scalable technical designs aligned with enterprise standards
- Handover solution knowledge to project delivery teams for seamless execution
- Model and maintain solutions within the enterprise architecture library at the required level of detail
- Lead architecture design for priority technology transformation initiatives across infrastructure, applications, and operations
- Drive team engagement, collaboration, and positive change management
- Engage stakeholders to capture requirements, align expectations, and validate solutions
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, compliance, and governance policies
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in infrastructure architecture with hands-on operational background
- Broad infrastructure knowledge across virtualization, servers, storage, Microsoft/Windows Server, and Azure
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence and challenge constructively
- Proven track record of progressing from operational roles into architecture responsibilities
- Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or equivalent desirable
