Atlas Capture PH is a high-growth Data/Tech firm. We are looking for a highly analytical and experienced Finance Manager (CPA) to take ownership of our financial operations in the Philippines.

What You’ll Do:
- Financial Oversight: Manage the full cycle of accounting, including month-end closing, P&L analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Tax & Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with BIR, SEC, and local government requirements. Handle all tax filings (VAT, EWT, Income Tax).
- Strategic Planning: Prepare annual budgets, cash flow projections, and variance analysis to guide business decisions.
- Audit Management: Act as the lead point of contact for external auditors and ensure all records are audit-ready.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate current financial systems and implement automation or workflows to increase efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy.
- License: Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in accounting/finance, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with cloud accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite).
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and local tax laws.
