Role Overview

The Warehouse Inventory Senior Manager is responsible for leading inventory management and control strategies across warehouse and distribution operations. The role ensures inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, compliance with company standards, and continuous process improvement to support business and customer requirements.

The position works closely with warehouse operations, supply chain, logistics, commercial, and finance teams to optimize inventory performance and strengthen operational controls across the distribution network.

• Lead overall inventory management and control operations across warehouses and distribution centers
• Develop and implement inventory control policies, procedures, and operational standards
• Ensure inventory accuracy through effective cycle counts, stock takes, reconciliations, and audit controls
• Monitor inventory movement, stock aging, shrinkage, and inventory health metrics
• Analyze inventory and operational data to identify risks, trends, and process improvement opportunities
• Partner with warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams to support inventory planning and operational requirements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service levels
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and company policies
• Lead, coach, and develop inventory and warehouse support teams
• Support warehouse systems enhancement, automation, and technology initiatives
• Prepare and present inventory and operational performance reports to leadership

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or distribution operations
• At least 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity
• Experience in retail, FMCG, logistics, or high-volume distribution environments
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and operational planning skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in WMS, ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and inventory reporting tools
• Experience managing large-scale inventory operations and multi-site environments preferred
• Strong communication and team management skills
