Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in SEO, content creation, social media management, paid advertising, and web analytics.This role requires a mix of creativity and data-driven decision-making to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO & Content Marketing:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages.
- Write, edit, and publish high-quality blog articles and website content aligned with brand strategy.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and manage social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Create and schedule engaging posts, monitor engagement, and respond to audience interactions.
- Analyze social media metrics and optimize campaigns for better performance.
Paid Advertising:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Youtube Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
- Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, audience targeting, and budget management.
- Track and report on ad performance, including ROI and conversion rates.
Web Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze website traffic using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tools.
- Generate reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Use data insights to refine digital marketing strategies.
Email Marketing & Lead Generation:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms like High Level or equivalent.
- Optimize email open rates, CTRs, and conversions through testing and audience segmentation.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with lead generation goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, social media, or paid ads.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and website optimization.
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Advertising.
- Proficiency in content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot, or similar).
- Familiarity with social media tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
- Strong analytical skills using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other reporting tools.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Conversational in Spanish is a plus.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
