About the Company:An Israeli branch of a global company managing over 20,000 fully furnished apartments worldwide, including around 80 apartments in Tel Aviv. The company specializes in flexible short- and mid-term rentals.
Job Description:This is a hybrid role combining customer support in English for renters, and channel management responsibilities ensuring listings are correctly posted and synchronized across platforms such as Airbnb, Booking com, and others.
Key Responsibilities: Provide professional support to international customers via email, phone, and chat
Assist renters with inquiries before and during their stayUpload new properties to the central management system and sync them with external platforms Airbnb, Booking, etc
Prevent double bookings by managing and syncing all listings across platforms
Use channel manager tools such as Rental United to ensure accuracy in availability, pricing, and property descriptions
Mandatory Requirements: Previous experience as a Channel Manager or managing property listings on rental platforms Airbnb, Booking, etc.
Previous experience in the hospitality or digital accommodation industryPrevious experience in customer support roles in English preferably front desk or hotel reception
High-level English reading, writing, and speaking
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and patience
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use new systems
