Customer Service: ? Greet customers warmly and engage them to understand their needs and preferences. Answer questions about products, prices, and services.
Sales Generation: Help customers select items, demonstrate product features, and recommend additional or complementary products (upselling/cross-selling) to close sales and meet personal/store targets.
Merchandising and Presentation: Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing. Restock shelves, arrange displays, and check that all products are correctly priced and clearly labeled.
Inventory Support: Assist with receiving and unpacking shipments, folding clothing, hanging items, and helping to organize the stockroom or back area.Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, especially those concerning loss prevention, security, and cash handling.
Qualifications/Requirements
Sr. High School Graduate/College Level
With or without experience
