Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail - oriented Office Clerk who is a college graduate of any course. the ideal candidate should have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, good communication skills, and ability to perform administrative and clerical tasks efficiently.The Office Clerk will be responsible for handling office documents, answering phone calls, maintaining records, and providing general office support while following company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and organize office documents and records.
- Answer phone calls can respond to inquiries professionally
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other office documents
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate files
- Support daily administrative and clerical operations
- Coordinate with staff and clients as needed
- Monitor office supplies and assist with basic office task.
- Follow office policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications :
- College Graduate (any course)
- Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Professionals in answering phone calls.
