About the Role
Connectified is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead our Finance Operations team supporting one of Australia's leading electronic solutions providers.
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day Accounts Receivable operations, drive team performance, manage collections, and collaborate with Australian and New Zealand stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service and strong financial outcomes.This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with proven leadership experience who is passionate about developing high-performing teams and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, supervise, and motivate the Accounts Receivable team to achieve operational and performance goals
- Monitor team KPIs, productivity, and service level targets, ensuring high-quality performance
- Oversee collections activities, account reconciliations, and aged receivables management
- Review and approve customer account adjustments, credit notes, refunds, and account maintenance where applicable
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members through regular feedback and performance management
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve escalated issues professionally via phone and email
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Australian and New Zealand stakeholders and internal departments
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance customer experience
- Ensure compliance with company policies, finance procedures, and internal controls
- Prepare and analyze operational reports and recommend improvements based on performance trends
What We're Looking For
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- CPA qualification is an advantage but is not required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or a related finance function
- At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Direct customer call experience is required, with confidence in handling customer enquiries, resolving issues, and managing escalations professionally
- Strong background in collections, reconciliations, and Accounts Receivable operations
- Experience managing KPIs, coaching teams, and driving performance improvements
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting Australian and/or New Zealand accounts is highly regarded
- Must be willing to work onsite in Clark Freeport Zone
