Webinar Promotion Specialist (Fully Remote) Full Time

rebel Financial is seeking a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Webinar Promotion Specialist to join our growing remote marketing team. This position is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, audience growth, social media promotion, and helping educational events reach a larger audience.

This role works closely with the sales and marketing departments to coordinate campaigns, improve engagement, and create a strong experience for prospective clients and webinar attendees.

This is a fully remote opportunity with long-term growth potential inside an expanding U.S.-based financial services company.

• Promote live and replay webinars through social media, email marketing, digital campaigns, and online communities
• Create and schedule promotional content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels
• Assist with webinar landing pages, registration forms, event setup, and campaign coordination
• Coordinate reminder emails, SMS follow-ups, and post-webinar nurturing campaigns
• Monitor webinar registrations, attendance rates, engagement metrics, and campaign performance
• Repurpose webinar content into clips, social posts, graphics, short-form videos, and promotional materials
• Work closely with the marketing and sales team to improve lead generation and campaign effectiveness
• Help manage webinar calendars, campaign timelines, and ongoing promotional schedules
• Support audience growth initiatives and ongoing marketing projects
• Assist with CRM organization, marketing automation tasks, and campaign tracking when needed

• Experience in digital marketing, webinar promotion, social media marketing, or event coordination preferred
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple tasks remotely
• Comfortable working independently while meeting deadlines
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
• Experience with HubSpot, WebinarJam, Vimeo, WordPress, Canva, video editing, or marketing automation tools is a plus
• Basic graphic design or content creation skills are preferred

This position starts at approximately ₱45,000 PHP per month, though compensation may vary depending on experience, qualifications, technical skills, and previous results.

This role is designed for long-term growth. Team members who consistently perform well, take initiative, and expand their responsibilities may progress into higher-level marketing, campaign management, operations, or leadership positions within the company.

Over time, compensation potential for high performers can grow significantly — reaching and even exceeding ₱200,000+ PHP per month depending on performance, experience, leadership responsibilities, and overall contribution to the company.
