Provides high-level administrative and coordination support to the Executive Director and Academic Director. This role ensures efficient day-to-day operations, facilitates communication across departments, and assists in the execution of academic and administrative priorities within the institution.

Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Education, or any related course
  • A minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Able to work in a fast-paced academic environment
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Davao City
