IT Security Analyst (Hybrid) - Muntinlupa

Specifically, the resource will perform the following responsibilities under the guidance and supervision of the Senior IT Officer (Information Security) and in some situations, the Principal IT Specialist (Information Security):

• Perform cyber security hygiene on ensuring security tools and controls are set on resources being migrated from on-prem vdc to Azure vdc.
• Assist security configuration reviews, and solution design and functional requirements document reviews.
• Update and maintain CMDB asset information as we migrate to Azure. Assist on discovering new devices and service mappings.
• Contribute on enhancing cyber security hygiene checks and process through automation.
• Assist in the development, update, or review of information security regulations and processes.
• Spot opportunities to improve or strengthen security controls or processes in own areas of work.

Qualifications:

• 2 to 5 years of cyber security, unix or linux administration, security compliance or related experience.
• Applied knowledge of one or more languages – Python, bash script, Powershell, scripting.
• Knowledgeable on CMDB, security tools, OWASP Top 10.
• Have good working knowledge in computer networks, database, Win/Linux OS security, web applications.
• Bachelor's degree Computer Systems related field.
• Highly analytical, detail oriented, lifelong learner, solutions oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
