Overview
We are looking for a proactive, creative, and commercially minded Marketing Manager to grow our social presence and TikTok Shop strategy. This role focuses on content planning, creator research, influencer outreach, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for brand, understands short-form content, and can bring a premium but approachable brand voice to life.
Timezone: Eastern Standard Timezone (EST)
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management: Manage and grow the brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, and TikTok Shop.
Content Creation & Editing: Edit raw content into engaging Reels and TikToks using tools like CapCut.
Brand Consistency: Maintain a cohesive posting schedule and ensure visual consistency across all social feeds.
Creator & Influencer Marketing: Research relevant creators, build prospect lists, and manage seeding and gifting campaigns.
Outreach & Tracking: Support creator outreach and track deliverables, affiliate performance, and sales impact.
TikTok Shop Support: Identify creators for commission-based campaigns and support creator onboarding and follow-ups.
Reporting: Build and maintain content calendars and creator trackers, reporting on engagement and platform trends.
Required Skills & ExperienceExperience in social media management, creator outreach, or TikTok Shop.
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form video editing tools.
Excellent written English for captions, outreach messages, and social copy.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple conversations and campaign details.
Comfortable using AI tools to support workflows while keeping final content human and brand-aligned.
