Recruitment Specialist (IT Recruiter)

Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and define role expectations.
- Advertise job vacancies through online job boards, social media channels, and other recruitment platforms.
- Proactively source, engage, and attract qualified IT and technical professionals.
- Review applications, assess candidate qualifications, and conduct initial screening interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support the preparation and issuance of employment offers and assist with onboarding activities for new hires.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Contribute to the enhancement of recruitment strategies, processes, and talent acquisition initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of recruitment experience, preferably within IT or technical hiring environments.
- Solid understanding of various IT roles, including software development, quality assurance, technical support, and related positions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms, job portals, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking or sourcing tools.
