Cost Control Supervisor

The Cost Controller ensures the financial integrity of the operations by monitoring and controlling all costs associated with the operation’s day-to-day activities. This includes overseeing the procurement process, inventory management, cost analysis, and reporting to support the hotel's profitability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze Hotel expenditures and revenue streams
• Prepare and present budget reports, forecasts, and financial analysis
• Collaborate with department heads to optimize cost control strategies
• Develop and recommend cost control procedures to maintain financial efficiency, including review of Item prices from suppliers
• Perform spot check of inventory and facilitate month-end inventory count
• Perform reconciliation and variance analysis of inventory
• Entry of actual inventory into the Inventory Management System

Competency / Skills Requirements:

• strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• proficient in MS Office Suite
• preferably with knowledge in Hotel Finance back-end reports
• excellent communication and organizational abilities
• familiar with fundamental inventory management principles
