The role is responsible for coordinating schedules, managing inquiries, and providing support to clients or customers throughout various processes. This includes handling appointments or requests, answering questions, providing clear and accurate information about services and policies, and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.

The position requires effective use of internal systems and resources, attention to detail, and a strong customer service mindset to ensure smooth coordination, accurate records, and a positive overall experience.

Qualifications & experience
  • Completed 2 years of college, preferably in Medical Allied (BS Nursing, Radtech, Med Tech, PT, Occupational Therapy, Respiratory Therapy)
  • Experience:
  • At least 1-year BPO voice experience in customer service if with a Medical Allied course background or;
  • At least 1-year BPO Healthcare voice experience in customer service if with a Non-Medical Allied course background
  • Ability to work in an on-site setup in BGC
  • Flexible with graveyard and rotating shifts.
